Happy Birthday

I love doing cards for little girls, although I am told that 11 year olds are not little girls any more!

I have used the idea for my card from Ros Davidson (where I could spend hours and hours pouring over the art on her blog).

I have used the Memorable Moments stamp set (which is just so so versatile) along with Storytime DSP.

I have to start using my DSP instead of looking at it and thinking "oohh too nice to cut up!".  I'm sure there are a lot of you like me ..... paper hoarders!

Off to prepare for my downline coming over tonight for a play ... Yay!

Feeling Sentimental - Saleabration

When I first saw this stamp set in the Sale-a-bration catalogue, I knew that I just had to have it!

The possibilities are endless!

I case'd this design from Michelle Giraud (although the card isn't on her blog, but on Splitcoast Stampers.

It would be great as a card for a man, although pretty the colours up and it would be great for a lady.

Melbourne's Stampin' Up! Heartfelt Event

Yesterday I spent the day at the Melbourne Convention Centre for the Stampin' Up! Heartfelt Event.
Wow what a day.  So full of inspiration and the best group of ladies you could find.  I have hundreds of pictures that I need to sort out now!
As soon as I got home all I wanted to do was make everything I saw.  The hardest part was trying to work out what goodies I want next!
This is one of the cards I made which was so easy!

I made this card using the Reason to Smile stamp set which, unfortunately, is no longer available.
I think this style of card would suit any style and any level stamper as you can add more (which I will do in the next few days and share with you.
