OUR SHIPPING RATES HAVE CHANGED!

Due to the addition of new products at the Stamping Queen, we have had to slightly adjust our postage charges.
Some of our newer lines are quite bulky, and can't be posted as a large letter - so we have introduced a flat rate parcel option. If your order contains only unmounted rubber stamps, paper, collage sheets and/or 1-2 sheets of ezmount, then you may select our letter rate.

If your order contains any other products, please choose our $5.50 flat rate postage option. We have done our best to make it fair for everyone, and hope that this works!

LETTERS: will be posted for a flat rate of $2.75 - this includes a small allowance for packaging materials.

PARCELS: Australian orders up to $64.99 with a combination of products will be charged $5.50 flat rate postage - this includes a small allowance for packaging materials.

FREE POSTAGE: - orders over $65 are posted free of charge for Australian customers ONLY.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: - flat rate of AU$7.50

OTHER SERVICES: - Registered Post and Express Post are available.  If you wish to choose either option, please email us and we will advise the cost (at Australia Post's current rates).

We try and ship as fast as possible, however sometimes life gets in the way (kids, school, work!) and we may be held up a little. Most orders are posted within 2-4 days of receipt, and we always email you to let you know your order is on its way.

We will post your order as soon as the money order has arrived, please allow a little extra time for this to happen.

We no longer accept personal cheques.

Paypal Payments.

If you wish to pay via Paypal, just email us and we will issue you a Paypal Invoice.

RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with our stamps. If for some reason you are not, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. We accept returns if a stamp is defective or we sent you the wrong stamp. Please return them and we'll either send you a replacement where possible or we'lll give you a refund. Items must be returned in clean, unused, resaleable condition (with the exception of defective merchandise) and only after authorization from The Stamping Queen. 
You are responsible for shipping costs on returned orders. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Damaged parcels should be reported to Australia Post who will provide a claim form upon request.
